Meet Rachel
Founder of Canopy
Hey Friends! I’m Rachel. When my first baby was born in March 2020, it wasn’t the experience I had hoped for. Like so many new parents, I felt isolated, struggling with postpartum anxiety, depression, and loneliness. I didn’t meet other moms, join baby classes, or have a “third space”—somewhere beyond home or work to connect and feel supported.
By 2023, five months pregnant with my second, I was determined to make this time different. I wanted a clean, calm space where my baby could safely explore—without being overwhelmed. A place where I could build real community. When I couldn’t find it, I created Canopy. I can’t wait for you to join us!
